While serving authentic Japanese pork bone broth ramen, Ajisen Ramen has also develpoed dishes that cater to local customers. The signature dishes in Hong Kong International Airport branch include Pork Tender Rib Tonkotsu Ramenm, Spicy Slow Cooked Beef Ramen, and Japanese Pork Cutlet Curry Rice
