Description
Awarded three Michelin stars every year since 2014, Sushi Shikon brings the tradition of Ginza sushi to Hong Kong with focus and precision. As the first overseas outpost of Sushi Yoshitake in Ginza, it remains closely connected to the restaurant founded by Master Chef Masahiro Yoshitake, whose Tokyo counter has held three Michelin stars for more than a decade. At its centre is Head Chef Satoshi Tada, whose experience was shaped at the original Tokyo restaurant under Chef Yoshitake. His approach reflects the same discipline, care and respect for Edomae tradition that defines the restaurant.
