本店創辦理念是以養生為主幫助客人達致內、外美麗。而創辦人之一Mr. Ju是位土生土長的韓國人，我們以他母親的姓氏 강姜為店名，作為對她的祝福，希望她可以身體健康。而Mr. Ju的另一半是地道的香港人，所以我們結合漢方及韓方的養生之道最終成立我們由兩國養生精髓而成的 강 Kang’s Healthyland。
