Horible Night

We (my wife and me) were looking for 2 night stays during the weekend (Sat & Sun) and found Hang Shun Guest House. We were force to pay the deposit of HKD350 (1st night) + HKD100 (2nd night). We have no choice because all the hotels were full. During check in on Sat, we decided to stay only for 1 night. We were force by the owner (grumpy old lady) to pay full amount for the 2nd night due to the cancellation. After negotiation the whole night, the lady give way unprofessionally. Both of us did not slept the whole night as the room is very dirty. The room and bathroom just look like it was not clean for a month or more. There are lots of spider web on the ceiling (right above the bed). The light bulbs were malfunction. There are even empty boxes, unused furniture, etc under the bed (just like a store room}. The condition of the towel that they provide were just like floor mat. The hanger in the bathroom were all badly corroded (if you put your shirt, definitely it will get stain). There was a strong smell in the room too. We will never stay there in future and will never recommend any people to stay there too.
